I compare every goaltender to Ed Belfour. The bar he set over three playoff seasons, has yet to be sniffed by any Dallas Goaltender before or since.
When he had to close - he closed. In those three playoff seasons, when he had to carry it - he had 8 shutouts. In 1999 during his cup run, he out-dueled Grant Fuhr, Patrick Roy, and Dominik Hasek.
