RalphStack at the BIG COLLAPSE
Stars blow 3 goal-lead in historic fashion on the night I came back to hang with my SubStack peeps... and now I'm pretty friggin' concerned here...
Jamie Benn is sittin on 399 goals. The Stars are trying to catch Winnipeg for the one seed. They got a patsy in the house. Tyler Seguin skated in the morning. Miro is hangin around someplace. I got hot dogs, and sodas and beers and snacks and a suite full of Stars fans and what a night this is!
And with one minute remaining in the game, we’re up 5-2.
What a night for RalphStack and the STARS!!!
Then… BOOM!!!
Dallas blows the 3 goal lead, lose in overtime, and now have ripped off three straight blown leads, giving up 13 third-period goals in that short span.
They ain’t catchin Winnipeg - but they have bigger problems.
The playoffs start in 10 days. And if they play like this - their season will end less than 2 weeks after that.
Can they fix it? Is there anything they can do? Is this actually a Cup contending team? Are we panicking for no reason?
